Returns

Sometimes things didn't work out the way they should have and you'll need to return an item that you purchased from us. We try to be fair, so we have a 14-day return policy. Once you have received your item, you have up to 14 days from that day to return the product. All returns ending in a refund will incur at 25% restocking fee. Customers must pay for their own return shipping label. All products being returned or exchanged are subject to approval from our customer service department. We will inspect the product when we receive it to make sure there are no additional damages or defects. Once we approve of the return, you will be issued a refund subtracted from the 25% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any items that have been damaged, used, installed or modified in any way. Some items are custom made to order and we do not except returns or exchanges on those products. Returns are not eligible for custom items such as front lips, side skirts, diffusers, grilles, mirror caps, spoilers/wings, hoods, splitters, brace bar, canards, trunks/boot lids, steering wheels, exhaust tips, DRL modules, tail lights, head lights, engine covers, seat covers, interior trims, shift knobs. Custom products will be identified on the product page itself.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (if it's apparel) or unused, with original tags/labels, never installed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase from us within the 14 day grace period.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@legendsautohaus.com. If your return is approved by our customer service department, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After careful inspection, if the returned item was used, damaged by the customer, Evolve Autohaus will not provide any form of refund. No exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsΒ 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
